Please make sure you've installed, along with the Google Earth application, the Google Earth Plug-in for your web-browser.
If you continue to have a problem, check to see that you have the latest version of the Google software.
Please note that the interface is limited to Windows OS and the Mac OS. At the present time it does not work with mobile and iOS platforms. We're hoping to see improvements in the near future!
